At LighterUSA, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact your sales representative. Depending on the situation, you may be directed to the manufacturer for assistance with defective products.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened, Unused, and Undamaged Items:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, and undamaged.

 

Sleeves or Packs of Individual Items:

Products sold in sleeves or packs that can be broken down into individual items are only eligible for return if the entire sleeve or pack is sealed and unopened.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return depending on their condition or the manufacturer’s policy. We recommend inspecting all shipments upon delivery and notifying your sales representative immediately if there are any concerns.
